Allianz Partners, a global provider of 24-hour assistance services, hosted the first edition of its Towing Day initiative throughout the month of September. Designed as a global program, the initiative aimed to connect internal employees from various departments directly with the daily operational realities of frontline service providers who assist customers in the field.
In Brazil, the event took place in the city of São Bernardo do Campo, where the company’s national headquarters is located. The session provided participants with an inside look at the operational routines, behind-the-scenes processes, and field workflows managed by roadside assistance partners.
During the gathering, administrative and customer service teams observed practical demonstrations showcasing the operation of specialized field equipment. The equipment featured included light-duty tow trucks, heavy-duty tow trucks, specialized pickup trucks for motorcycle transport, and mobile mechanical assistance units. Employees had the opportunity to ask questions directly to the frontline operators managing these tools.
Renato Maglioni, Operations Director at Allianz Partners Brazil, noted that hosting the first Towing Day in Brazil highlights the company’s focus on service quality. Maglioni stated that more than 2,000 professionals participated in the immersion globally, which was designed to prepare teams to deliver customer support that is humanized, agile, and aligned with client needs.
The immersion provided customer service analysts and internal teams with a deeper understanding of end-to-end field operations. By offering direct insights into each stage of service delivery, the initiative aimed to prepare internal personnel to provide more specialized support to customers.
