SX Group, a venture builder specializing in the construction and expansion of businesses, has entered into a strategic partnership with financial and accounting intelligence company Fintime to structure the latter’s next cycle of growth. The primary objective of the collaboration is to elevate Fintime’s annual revenue from R$4 million to R$15 million within three years, representing a cumulative increase of 275%.
Under the venture building model, SX Group will participate directly in setting strategy while providing operational support across technology, product, marketing, sales, and commercial development to increase Fintime’s capacity to scale.
The strategic alliance takes place against the backdrop of rising entrepreneurship in Brazil. Data from Sebrae based on Federal Revenue information reveals that 5.1 million companies were registered in the country in 2025, marking an 18.6% increase compared to the previous year. Small businesses—comprising individual micro-entrepreneurs, micro-enterprises, and small businesses—accounted for 96% of that total.
Concurrently, the implementation of Brazil’s consumption tax reform is anticipated to increase the demand for financial and accounting planning. As tests for the CBS and IBS taxes begin in 2026, leading into a transition period lasting until 2033, businesses will be required to analyze the effects of new regulatory framework rules on pricing, margins, contracts, and cash flow.
The relationship between the two entities preceded the formalization of this agreement. Fintime was already serving as a service provider for businesses within SX Group’s ecosystem, including companies such as Sioux, Ludos Pro, and Go Gamers. This preexisting operational relationship allowed SX Group to observe Fintime’s work firsthand and identify opportunities for expansion in the broader market.
According to Guilherme Camargo, CEO and founder of SX Group, the group experienced the value of Fintime’s services directly as a client, noting that organized numbers discussed with knowledgeable partners enable business owners to evaluate costs, priorities, and investment capacity pragmatically. Camargo added that SX Group’s ecosystem currently gathers seven companies generating over R$100 million in combined annual revenue across sectors such as technology, communication, games, human resources, and audiovisual production. Over its history, the group has contributed to structuring and developing businesses by combining management, technology, and operational support, which will now be applied to Fintime’s expansion alongside professionals from the ecosystem.
Fintime currently serves 300 clients, including startups, small and medium enterprises, and self-employed professionals. Over the next 36 months, the company aims to expand its client portfolio to 2,000 customers. In addition to expanding its client base, the strategy to reach the R$15 million annual revenue target involves increasing the average ticket size through the introduction of new services and platform functionalities.
Founded by Josinei “Nei” Soares, Fintime combines accounting, tax services, payroll, outsourced financial management, and a proprietary technology platform. The company utilizes accounting and financial data to support business decisions regarding prices, margins, costs, investments, and cash generation.
Fintime’s operational strategy relies on Finlucra, a proprietary method structured around three pillars: operational efficiency, tax efficiency, and strategic pricing. The tool integrates financial data, accounting, and advisory tracking to identify margin leakage and guide measures focused on profit and cash generation.
As part of the next development phase, Fintime plans to further build out its platform, which already features a financial ERP module, by integrating artificial intelligence to automate routines and analyze information. Through AI adoption, the company expects to cut down time spent on operational tasks, allowing it to scale its client operations without compromising specialized client support.
Soares emphasized that technology should restore time for both business owners and Fintime’s internal teams, reducing operational effort to raise the quality of business discussions by helping clients understand their financial metrics and act upon them.
